     Mike has also been a banker, business advisor, and a management consultant. An economist and businessman by education and scholar by inclination, he has participated on dozens of corporate and institutional boards of directors in the U.S. and overseas. He holds an MBA and is a Certified Professional Services Manager and a Certified Peer Reviewer.

     Mike founded Quaere in 1995, a consultancy practice that advises small to medium sized professional service firms.
